Ranga Karunathilake

I am an Entrepreneur and Mechanical engineer in profession with 10 years experience in electrical and electronics engineering, automation, computer aided engineering design, statistics, physics and Mathematics, Lean six-sigma, agile, scrum and waterfall project management. I am ultimately responsible for the company’s success and oversees its various functions, including operations, finance, marketing, sales, human capital management, legal, compliance, sustainability and technology, while balancing the needs of the workforce, clients, investors and other stakeholders.

Joined GKITS in 2022 after working at a japan’s largest consulting firm(ABeam consulting)and Technology vendor(Fujitsu Limited) I have been involved in ERP and DX-related work for more than 8 years, and has worked on Data wear house , ETL implementations,mega scale of ERP Deploying for global companies and organizations in a wide range of industries such as Manufacturing , industrial and retailers Also Contribution in Cloud Computing /business development, digital transformation (DX)

A seasoned entrepreneur and mechanical engineer with a passion for integrating technology into everyday life to promote better health. With a background in mechanical engineering and over 13 years of international business management experience, I founded my own company, specializing in industrial machinery supply and after-sales services. In 2022, I joined Techsol, leveraging my expertise in sales, application engineering, and marketing. With a drive for innovation, I am committed to transforming lifestyles through technological advancements.

Praveen Karunathilake

I started my carrer from an internship at Panasonic, Japan and later I developed my sales career by working as an Sales Engineer at an International Industrial Trading company in Sri Lanka for a year and a half. There I received an opportunity to enhance my experience in involving general operations and work with international stakeholders. I became the deputy CEO of that company in 2022. I joined GKI TechSol in 2022 as a managing partner and where I research on marketing development in goobal markets.
